You will receive a notification when your package(s) are ready, and you'll be prompted to schedule convenient delivery and confirm the delivery address. You can also log in to your XIAH LOGISTICS account and check the status of each order at any time.
How can I schedule delivery and confirm my address?
Sign in to your Xiah Logistics customer account to check your packages and request delivery when it is available. Confirm your delivery address with our team before dispatch. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need help arranging delivery or payment.
What payment methods are available?
Xiah accepts cash, bank transfers and card payments. Contact our team to confirm the available payment arrangements for your shipment before paying.
How will I know my charges?
You'll be notified of your charges via email, WhatsApp, or SMS text. Alternatively, log in to your XIAH LOGISTICS account to view your total cost, including shipping fees, duties (if applicable), and any other charges. Reviewing your account regularly ensures you're up to date.
How does the shipping process work?
Once you place an order or ship items to our USA address (or we receive your package), we handle consolidation, customs clearance (where needed), and transport to Jamaica via air or sea freight. You'll receive updates at key stages. When the package arrives in Jamaica, we notify you it's ready for islandwide delivery. You then schedule pickup/delivery through your account.
Where do you ship from and to?
We primarily ship from the USA to Jamaica (imports). Deliveries are islandwide in Jamaica, including Montego Bay, Kingston, Portmore, and surrounding areas (with potential free delivery in select zones like Montego Bay).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by shipping method. Air express shipments typically arrive in Jamaica within 3–7 business days after leaving the USA, with island delivery scheduled shortly after arrival. Sea freight may take 2–4 weeks. We'll provide estimated times when you schedule or track your order.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Costs are based on weight (per pound), dimensions, and shipping method (air vs. sea, standard vs. express). You'll see a clear breakdown in your account or notification before confirming delivery.
What items can I ship?
We ship a wide range of personal and commercial items including electronics, clothing, household goods, and more. Restricted or prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishables, illegal substances, and certain duty-restricted goods. See our Restricted Items page or contact us for specific item approval.
Do you offer barrel shipping?
Yes, we support barrel/container shipping for larger household or bulk moves. This is ideal for sea freight shipments. Contact our team for barrel rates, packing guidance, and customs assistance.
What happens if my package is not collected?
Storage fees of $100 JMD/day apply after 30 days of notification. Packages uncollected after 60 days may be auctioned, donated, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Log in promptly to avoid storage charges.
